If you’ve ever felt confused about which yoga to practice for your specific goal, you’re not alone. There’s loads of confusing information out there, which can stop you getting on the mat. If you’re a beginner, it’s important to practice yoga under careful supervision.

My mission is to make yoga simple and achievable for you in a calming and engaging environment. Make the practice your own as you absorb its nuances.

I also help you understand the reasons and benefits behind the different yoga postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) so you can understand the deeper meaning behind your yoga practice.

You’ll learn how to hold the postures correctly, breathe through them and learn to use meditation as a relaxation technique. Learn something useful each time, which you can incorporate into your own practice later.
